- Difficulty maintaining balance
- Difficulty walking or changing position
- Uncontrolled movements
- Difficulty using one or both hands
- Problems with coordination
- Difficulty speaking or communicating
- Difficulty chewing or swallowing
- Vision or hearing difficulties
- Learning or developmental difficulties in some children
Having one of these signs does not automatically mean that a child has Cerebral Palsy. A qualified healthcare professional should assess the child.
